2. Security and Data protection Encoded data transmission ( SSL ) preventing third party inspection of your data

We collect, process, save and use customer and travel data for our own purposes and in order to process services carried out and/or mediated through us, those of the tour operator and/or service provider and/or third parties contractually or otherwise linked to the tour organiser. To this extent, we are entitled to pass on the data. Data will not however be handed on to parties not involved in the provision of service unless there is a legal or official duty for the matter (e.g. criminal prosecution, request for the data by a foreign authority).

3. Airline Ticket Discount flyers will fly ‘paperless’, i.e. you will not receive a ticket.

You will be given a booking code ( e.g. HP5T9A ) on completion of your booking . At the same time, a confirmation by the airline with quotation of the booking code will be sent to you by email.

The airline will send further important information regarding your flight to your email address ( e.g. check-in information or changed flight times ). It is therefore imperative that you provide your correct email address.

4. Check In When checking in for the flight as well as for the return flight, please present the booking code, the confirmation of the booking by the airline and a valid document supporting personal identification ( identity card or passport ). Each person is obliged to present a booking code, a confirmation of the booking by the airline and a valid document supporting personal identification. You may board the airplane if the presented data matches with that of your online booking. Please make sure to provide correct data when booking and do not give false information ( such as for the date of birth ).

Failure to provide a valid document supporting personal identification and/or a confirmation of the booking by the airline, may result in your being refused permission to board the airplane. Your ticket shall then expire without replacement.

Make sure to be at the check-in desk in good time. Check-in counters generally close 30 minutes, some even 40 minutes (like in London Stansted) before departure ( subject to alteration at any time ). Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Transport of the respective airline for precise check-in specifications.

You will not be allowed to board the plane if you arrive at the check-in desk too late, and your ticket will expire without replacement.

5. Passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange and health regulations For the observance Passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange and health regulations, especially are responsible you.

We are not liable for the timely provision of information and the processing of the required visa via the respective diplomatic representation if the customer has charged us with the provision of such a visa if the delay is on our part.

The traveller is obliged to adhere to all regulations relevant to the implementation of the trip and is liable for any problems resulting from non-observance of these regulations, especially for any ensuing penalty payments unless we have made a specific undertaking in writing to pay them in accordance with our terms of business.

6. Booking Alteration, Cancellation It is generally not possible to cancel a cheap flight booking. Cheap flight bookings can however be changed against payment of a booking alteration fee and payment of the difference between the previously paid airfare and the price of the new flight ( date and/or name changes are possible, while the route may generally not be changed ), providing the booking is changed at least one day before the booking date of the original flight. No refund is generally given if the changed flight is cheaper than the flight booked previously. Please also refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Transport of the respective airline for detailed information.

7. Note Please do not use any special characters when providing your personal data, since these are not always recognised correctly by the airlines. Vowel mutations (umlaut) should be expressed as ae, oe, ue; ß should be written as ss. An apostrophe should be omitted and replaced by a blank space instead; the accents graph or degue should also be omitted, as well as other symbols not specified here.
