Leftover food in the pool: no claim for abatement of the price
Leftover food in the pool of a holiday hotel grounds, according to the district court in Dusseldorf with ruling of 23.10.2008 (27 C 8283/08) no shortage of package.
While the traveler is also picked up correctly from the airport by a bus and taken to a centrally located hotel by the tour operator, launched from there, but with an open electric car to another hotel, no shortage of reasons for this package which leads to a reduction in the tour price.
However, two roads ants in the room revealed a reduction of the package price by 10 percent.
