Right to withdraw because of the extended flight
Following a decision of the district court in Munich is an extension to 5 hours of flight time and forward displacement of the departure a loss for another night before a long-haul flight a significant change in the travel service, which the passengers entitled to rescind the contract of carriage (Munich District Court, ruling of 06.05. 2009 - 212 C 1623/09).
