As soon as you’ve paid for your booking, a boarding pass is issued with your seat number. You’re now checked-in for your flight. So when you arrive at the airport, pass through security and immigration and go directly to the departure gate. If you have pre-purchased baggage, just leave your bag at the flydubai bag drop, then continue to the departure gate.
Travelling without checked baggage
With flydubai, if you’ve got no bags, we’ll see you at the departure gate, no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled take-off. If you arrive after this time, flydubai cannot allow you to travel and no alternative travel will be offered.
Document check
On arrival at the departure gate, your passport, visa (if required) and boarding pass will be checked to ensure that you have the valid documents for the flight and acceptance in the destination country.
If you have paid for a booking with a credit card, you will be asked to produced the card or a photocopy of the front of the card, together with a photocopy of the cardholder's passport.
UAE visas
Don’t forget, if you need a UAE visa, flydubai can help. |
